Happy Birthday Mike!! My sweet husband had a bitter-sweet birthday this year as he hit the big 3-0!! We had a huge family party up at Blacktail reservoir. The kids played in the water all day and we had tons of good food! This was my attempt at a watermelon cake that I saw on the front of a magazine. It tasted great!!
